Good morning! How are you?

errr..hi there

as usual, its been awhile and awhile since the last time i posted something here. i am currently enjoying my loooonggg semester break so all i can say that at the moment there is no unusual stuff to be shared, no weird story to be told (wahh, takde life!) lol. just kidding. a lot of stuffs have been happening but i have been so lazy to write. haha :p

its Ramadhan! i hope that it is still not too late for me to say "Selamat menyambut Ramadhan semua! Selamat berpuasa!" eheh. people fasts during ramadhan and that makes people hungry. that is why we have bazar during ramadhan. since it is holiday and i've got nothing much to do right now, few days ago i went to bazar melawati and decided to bring along my camera with me. i took some photos at the bazar, the stalls, the foods they are selling, and much more, to picture how the bazar really looks like. here are some of it

drooling enough? haha. taking photos at the bazar is not really an easy job because there are a lot of people there, plus some stalls are refused to let me take their picture. Some even asked me to pay them. hmmm..

looks like i'm only posting here once a month. well, its better than nothing right? haha :p

at last, my certification program has finished. according to this website mcitpmcts.com, taking this MCPD: asp.net certification course outside can cost you up to USD2000. so, it is not a cheap certification program. it was not an easy journey too though. there are 3 exams that i need to pass in order to get the certificate. and, why it is not an easy journey? because i failed 2 of the exams at first. miahaha. but hey, i'm certified now. hehe. alhamdulillah :)

June is over. asp.net course is over. new semester starting in september. 2 months of semester break to go. so, now what? :pp

Hi there,

its been awhile since my last post. i'm becoming less and less active in here now. ini tidak boleh jadi. daymn! haha

well, the good news that i would like to share with you guys is that my final year project is finally over. yeahh that's right! i passed! and according to the source that i trust, the grade is not that bad, sadly it is not an A. haihhh. its okay, the result reflects the effort i gave for the project, but hey, i passed! hehe :p

fyp is over. finally :)

the other 2 subjects taken this semester are also not bad. so now there is only 1 semester to go for me to complete my bachelor program. why..why september..could have finished my degree in november instead of january. damm u.

asp.net. kerja g naek rooftop fac engineering je :p

at the moment, i am currently busy taking this professional certificate: asp.net in uitm. will be busy till june 21. the course is actually quite expensive if we want to do it elsewhere but in uitm, it is free! so why not right? huhu.

haihh. this is a long long wait. all i can say that for now i just have to wait. patience. but whatever happens next, anything, i gotta be cool, be wise and smile. haha. i guess that is all for now.

What's new so far

Hi everyone,

I am currently busy with my Final Year Project (FYP), which is due on 20/4/11 for the report and 11/5/11 for the exhibition. Damm scared weyh. grrr.

Anyway, after this semester over i will have 4 months of semester break. Yeah, i still got 1 semester to go to complete my bachelor degree. So, 4 months eh? Many things can I do during this time. well, i've got 1 already. Very useful, for the future indeed. Plus, its free! hehe. Here it is:

Its a certified professional program by Microsoft, offered by prestariang and they are sponsoring us and its totally free! So dont bugger me during this period of time! hehe :p

So there goes my May and June Break. What about the other 2 months? We'll wait and see..

Cargas Margas Camping Trip

Sebenarnya dah lama nak post pasal benda ni, tapi oleh kerana kesibukan mendadak sebaik sahaja balik dari trip ni sampai lah sekarang jadi lambatlah post ni dipost di sini. wehiuu..

18 - 20 Februari lalu satu lagi camping trip anjuran bekas supervisor praktikel aku, Encik Elisa Mohd Isa atau lebih dikenali dengan nama 'Abang El' telah dianjurkan dan kali ini bertempat di Teluk Segadas, Pulau Pangkor. Ini dah kali ke-2 aku mengikuti camping anjuran Abg El ni selepas camping Kaki Rantau yang dia anjurkan 2 tahun lepas di Pulau Tinggi, Johor. Seperti biasa, camping Abg El memang tak pernah menghampakan. Dari segi aktiviti, makanan, tempat tidur, hiburan, semuanya tersusun rapi dan mantopp! haha

Seramai 11 orang attend camping ni, 3 orang datang lambat gila sabtu petang tu baru sampai. Aktiviti yang kitorang buat kebanyakannya seperti di Pulau Tinggi dulu. Mandi laut, snorkeling, fish feeding barbeque dan sebagainya. Yang lainnya camping dulu dengan yang ni, kitorang dapat naik jetski! Abang El tu 'extreme' sikit orangnya, dia boleh beli jetski sendiri pulak. Jetski tu pun bukan jenis yang biasa sewa kat tepi-tepi laut tu. Dia cakap jetski yg dia beli tu untuk long distance riding so speed dia lagi tinggi, lagi laju dan lagi gila lah cara dia bawak. Haha. Tapi untunglah kat kitorang, dapat jugak merasa naik menatang tu :p

Lagi satu, bezanya camping anjuran para-para student dengan mereka yang dah bekerja dan bekerjaya ni, bekalan makanan memang tip-top dan berlebih-lebihan! Barbeque sahaja makanan-makanan dia dah mewah. Malam 1st, barbeque sotong, udang, ikan yang mantopp. Malam 2nd, barbeque ayam yang lagi mantopp! Semua makanan tu banyak lebih. Aku dengan member aku Zahir je la yang jadi tukang habiskan. Best gila. Haha.

DSLR is becoming so popular nowadays. It's whether people own it because of they are really into photography, or some people bought it because they see many people buying it, or they just bought it so they can hang it around their neck and walk around Pavilion or BB macam rantai emas. konon trend. That's what I usually saw. poser! haha

haa..gantung macam ni la..hahaha

Well, DSLR stands for Digital Single-Lens Reflex camera. The camera use a mechanical mirror system and pentaprism to direct light from the lens to an optical viewfinder on the back of the camera (wikipedia). This type of camera is preferred by professional still photographers because with this camera, we control the shutter speed, aperture, metering focus and much more. Pendek kata, we are in control of what we want to capture ;)

DSLR

But hey, this is no cheap gadget we're playing with. The body itself can cost you at least RM1000. The lens? Can be from RM300 - RM40-50K! wallaweh. So, for those people who are really into this expensive hobby, these stuffs that just I told, and about to, you must always keep it in mind.

For those who are really into photography, tapi perbelanjaan agak terhad (which most of them are student (just like me (:p) ) ), if you already owned a DSLR, I suggest that you stick with the equipment you have and learn your skills. Learn how to shoot great photos with the equipment you have. Master your photography skills. I noticed that some people they use the expensive type of DSLR with the expensive type of lens but the photos they captured are as just same quality as the normal digital camera. Apakah itu?? Such a waste man, it's like you're throwing your money into the garbage. hehe. err no offense yawh! xD

skill itu penting! ;)

So again, to those DSLR freak (including me), know how to properly use your DSLR camera first before thinking of upgrading your equipment because we know this is no cheap hobby. This is the suggestion I usually heard, especially from professional photographers, true story. Well if you can afford it, why not and go on. It's a bonus to you. But for those who are on the other hand, why not brush up your photography skills with what you have first, then only consider of upgrading your stuffs. Who knows, your photos can brings you money ;)

Januari telah berlalu. Sudah sebulan kita kat 2011 ni.

So apa je yang dah berlaku sepanjang sebulan ni? Hmm okay kita mulakan dengan si mukadimah. haha. Awal Januari hari tu gue dan keluarga ke Kuching, mengikuti rombongan pengantin iaitu cousin gue yang telah selamat diijabkabulkan dengan kekasih hatinya (cewahh) yang berasal dari Sarawak. yehh!

Cousin gue ni, Hussein namanya, adalah seorang staff IT di MARA dan juga bergiat aktif dalam bidang photography. Dia join photography company yang agak sohor juga la. Jadi masa dia kahwin hari tu photographer kahwin dia iaitu geng-geng dia sendiri tak paling banyak pulak kan. kalah artis! flash sana sini. haha. Bila tengok photographer-photographer dia main dengan kamera diorang tu, tak terbakar pulak perasaan gue ni kan..huhhh!!

Untuk pengetahuan korang, kamera D60 gue rosak last year. Sehari lepas gue buat lawatan ke UiTM Perak dulu. Oleh kerana kos nak repair yang agak mahal, gue hentikan sebentar hobi kamera gue dan kumpul duit.

Alhamdulillah, hasrat tercapai. Kini gue di-equip bersama D90, gue kembali beraksi! Banyak jugak la gambar yang telah diambil. Majlis Sanding cousin gue Hussein tu kat sini, Kahwin kawan gue, Karnival Sukan dan macam-macam lagi. Lepas gian beb..lol :p

Hi there. its been awhile since the last time i blogged. been busy with uni stuffs, as usual. oh and exam as well. just finished the finals. so, the saga continues! heheh

My last paper was on october 10. so the next day me and shamsul and raina went to UiTM Perak to bring raina's sister home. Her sister is studying there and since the semester break is already began she needed to bring her stuffs home and bigger car is needed so i decided to follow. naik kereta saya tapi the toll and fuel is all theirs :D

Most student who was from uitm perak is aware that the campus is becoming bigger as more and more building has been developed (poor us, kitorang blah je macam-macam benda baru dia buat. haha!) and that is another reason why i want to follow them, to go there and see the development. what's new? what changes has been made? what did i miss since my last visit there?

well, there is a development. lots of new building has been build (err) and the best part is, the new buildings are far far better designed, better look, better appearance than the existing buildings that has been there during my time. urgh, dammit. why is this happening?? grr! jeles! haha. i've taken some picture. see for yourself

cuti raya has begun

current mood: digitalism yeh

behold, the cuti raya has begun! no class, no homework, no assignment, no fyp. yes, no more fyp for moi this semester as i have already submit the proposal report. kurang 1 subjek sudah. cuti raya yg tenang (eh, tenang ke?) muahaha..

so now i have 2 solid weeks for me to release myself from all the tensi2 stuffs at uni. last week was quite nightmare. ada 3 test, submit proposal fyp memang buat saya tak tido malam. babila fyp. haaa. thank god it is now over. report selekeh ke tak, tak kisah la. janji hantar. test jumaat lepas pun sama. selekeh gak. hantar je lah. haha.

yesterday i went to klang with my parents, visited my arwah atuk's kubur and later we went to midvalley for raya shopping. mcm harem ramai gila manusia2 bershopping semalam. rimas. fitting room pun berebut ok. urghhh @@ takpe2, tunggu raya nanti korang semua pergi balik kampung! biar kl ni lengang dan penuh bangla. hahaha. saya raya kl saje~

it's been awhile

It's been awhile.

I was kinda busy lately with my uni life. The final year project for my course is kinda tense the student right now even though we are only in the phase of proposal. Thank god it is almost done. Having done my presentation for the proposal last Friday. It was not bad, still kena tembak from the coordinators but when i went to see my supervisor asking about how was my presentation she said that i have improved alot and that was kind of relief! Now the only thing left for the proposal this semester is to submit the proposal report in the next 2 weeks time and done! huhu.

It's been awhile since the last time i got a job as a photographer. On August 10 my friend from tv3 bertunang and i am the one who taking their picture and i get paid. haha :p here are some of the hasil. I've uploaded the rest on my flickr. yeh

I dont know what i am thinking now. dilemma, down, buntu, serabot, jiwa kacau. haha. malu pun ada juga. huhu. ntahla, things happen for a reason right? so i think i'm gonna stick with it. just follow the flow of my life..without knowing what's the future waits for me. haha. gila!

world cup 2010 is over. yeah yeah i admit, the spanish was a better team. Holland, not good enough. Main flying kick lagi tu. haa. But i still dont believe you, paul! it's not your prediction that leads to spain victory. it was just a coincidence. hah! anyway, congrats spain. congrats fabregas! now, lets return to the club football. for the first time in history, i purchased the arsenal home kit at the nike store. bukan la riak, tapi cuma nak berkongsi kegembiraan ini. I decided to buy it cause the design this season is quite nice, perhaps the best ever shirt design in arsenal history so far. they are celebrating the 1971 arsenal kit where they won the double during that season.

busy semester ahead. semester full of research and presentation. 27/7 enterprise architecture presentation, 29/7 system presentation, 4/8 fyp individual assessment presentation, 5/8 system again presentation. and more to come..oh my haha

semester baru dah mula. jadual huru hara. jumaat petang ada kelas lagi. tak boleh balik awal lagi. tak macam sem 3 dulu jumaat 10.30pg dah habis kelas. 11.30pg dah ada kat rumah melawati. fyp proposal menyeramkan. haa.

result shortcourse dah keluar. dapat A untuk economics. alhamdulillah. harap-harap sem 5 ni result segembira result shortcourse ni. insyaAllah

sem baru wajah baru bilik baru. sem ni aku dah bob yang sebelum ni kat rumah seksyen 8 tu duduk bilik bawah sem ni kitorang pindah bilik atas. tukar bilik dgn felmi irwan. dia nak duk bawah sorang-sorang. nak "privacy" la kot haha. nabil yang dulu satu bilik dengan felmi pindah ke bilik noor ezyanuddin(GG). so master bedroom tu kitorang yang punya. luas seluas-luasnya! dan bilik tu dapat coverage untuk semua channel tv. tv1 pun dapat so tak payah keluar pegi mamak nak tgk bola world cup ni.

its already wednesday..next week dah start balik kuliahhh..malas malas malas!

haha. its coming up soon anyway so have to buck up, prepare myself for whatever waiting for me this coming semester. last semester was tahi so i dont want to make the same mistake over and over again and regret over and over again. plus next semester looks busier than the last two semesters, with the addition of final year project formulation and proposal. oh my..

anyway i still have couple of day left this semester break so dont spoil the mood bhoi! haha. with the existence of wangsa walk mall, me and most of the resident in melawati are reliefs because we dont have to go as far as klcc or even one utama just to watch a movie. wangsa walk mall can provide it, they have tgv. plus, they also offers 3D movie! woliao!

i went to watch toy story 3 in 3D that day with my mom and hell yeah the movie was great. for me toy story movies was the best animated movies i ever watched as i follow the series since i was 7 and till now. apart from the movie, the cinema is really nice. tak ramai so no problem of getting tickets, comfy seat, the gap between the seat and the front seat is quite wide so people with long legs like mine would be comfortable. plus, it only took me 15 minutes from home to reach to the wang walk mall so no rushing! i went there again today to watch knight and day. best! :D

hi there, its been awhile. yeah result came out and haih..i failed my math paper. it was so surprising, because before the result came out its not math paper that i was worrying about, its the system design (its570) paper. i was pretty confident answering the math paper, not the its570 one, but things happened the other away around. daymmm. but thank god, its better to fail the math paper than the its570 because its570 have pre-requisite paper, which means that if i failed that paper, i am unable to take another system paper. so after all, takde lah kempunan sangat ahaha.

on the other hand, the shorty-course has been progressing well. lecture session has just finished last wednesday, now we're just waiting to seat for the exam next thursday. carry marks' pretty good, i got 43/50 so i'm still aiming for the A+ wakawaka. tapi aim je lebih kalau tak study ape gunanya..haha

world cup! waka waka eh eh. So far the holland team is doing well, not awesome, but well enough to survive the group stage. At the moment also shown that teams from europe are struggling to get their steps into the game. i dont know, some says europe team are stronger only when playing in their own soil. when looking at the competition right now, that's kinda true. hopefully the oranje can make something different though. but currently, the south american teams are performing well at the tournament. uruguay, argentina, brazil, are among favorites to be crown the champion. waka waka

klip klap klip klap. 3 weeks of short course completed already. that means only 2 weeks left for classes. 3 weeks away from final, 4 weeks away from new semester, and 1 week away from the doom's day, the result day >< daym!!

I went to see my lecturer yesterday, PM Aishah for the final year project proposal discussion. later after the discussion i asked PM about last semester's result, particularly, this 1 subject, ITS570 (System Design). Last semester I think this paper is the toughest, including it's test and also project's presentation. Asked few of my fellow they gave me the same feedback. So, back to the point, I asked PM about student's performance on this subject and she told me that it was not good. 12 students did not make it. have to retake this paper next semester. She did not mention who, but 12 students, the number that really makes me, infact all ISE students of my batch nerves! *sighs*

well, result is next week's story. let's forget about it for awhile and enjoy semester break :p

short course! The progress? hmm so far so good. I'm taking economics subject and this subject seems to suit me well. the subject teaches us about the microeconomics and macroeconomics, the national income, how to control inflation, consumer seller thingy and more. So far all the topics are interesting to learn and easy to understand, maybe because it has to do with the real life, how the world is dealing with it. and plus, thanks to the very good lecturer. Pn Zahariah. Her lecture methodologies are well understood, full with examples and does have funny2 elements (err buat kelakar) :p hoping for A+ insyaAllah :)

finally, the semester is done and i can now relax and enjoy this semester break..for awhile. gah i'll be doing shortcourse and it starts next week ><

my exams actually already finished on the 3rd, which was last week but we have been forced to stay at shah alam to finish our last 2 major project of this semester, which are the database and also object-oriented (system) project. we have been forced to sacrifice our sleeping time at night, minimize our sleeping time and plus, sacrifice ourselves from watching football match, which was the last game of the season. darn it. but it was all worth it as both our presentation went well, not awesome, but well. alhamdulillah now, break for awhile and do my shortcourse, some people call it short semester.

at first i was reluctant to go for it as i feel like lazy to do, plus its holiday i want to enjoy myself, relax myself free myself from all things that related to my very-the-hectic course i want to berkeluarga, err i mean spend time with my family and also go chilling out with friends. But during the middle of this semester, we were told to prepare ourselves for our final year project (fyp) proposal and thus, we must find a lecturer as our supervisor and also a project title that we are going to develop. so then i was thinking, it'll be good if i do my shortcourse so that it'll be easy for me to prepare and do my fyp proposal, probably as early as possible as i'll be in shah alam so any appointment i made with my supervisor will be easy to attend. plus i only have to attend 1 class a day, 9am-11.30am monday - thursday for 5 weeks so i guess it was not so bad after all.

anyway, shortcourse is a next week story. do not spoil the holiday mode yawh! ^^ its good to be back yawh. home sweet home. no more sharing internet access, hello television, hello astro hd woot woot world cup will be on hd yawh! cheh riak plak hehe :p oh and referring to this site http://www.cinema.com.my/news/ it is said that tgv at wangsa walk mall has already open. wow, i'll be looking fward for it ;)

Since entering UiTM Shah Alam it is as usual ISE students will be as busy as hell with tons of assignments and projects to be done at the end of every semester. Plus you will be interupted with tests that most lecturer loves to do it serentak so student like us will be very serabut kena study + kejar deadline at the same time *.*

At last, the lecture for this semester is ovah. But work isnt over yet. HCI project, Database project and also System project are still pending. HCI project yet to be finished by this Wednesday. Gah I my paper starts this Friday lo please hci please brambus ASAP. thank god the other 2 projects hantar after exam ><

Exam is just around the corner. Believe it or not, it's just less than 3 weeks away. And believe it or not, from the start of this semester until now, i feel like i have learned almost nothing. yeah, this semester has been the laziest semester for me in uitm. and yeah, that do make me worry. Bodo 3 minggu lagi la weh! Dengan keje byk lagi si projek-projek dan juga si test-test. Ditambah lagi dengan proposal for FYP. I love database. Currently i'm learning Oracle for my database and believe me, it is undoubtedly fun! Having a bit advantage since I've learned some of the oracle sql during my internship last time has make the study even more fun! I love it! And for now, I have set my target, I wanna become a Database Admin. At least if I did not excel in my other subjects, I will make sure that this 1 little subject that I like, I score ;) gah, test java petang tadi memang gue hancur sial...-.-

Currently in 'cuti' mode. Oh my, it's Wednesday already. Malasnya nak start balik rutin - rutin uni itu. Pergi kelas, parking di tempat parking kolam renang, panjat tangga batu caves uitm, peluh-peluh, penat. In fact, starting from next week we are all going to be busy like heyl. Tests here and there, projects, assignments. It would be nice if this holiday is much much more longer. *sighs*

Forget about those things. Remember about the issue I said about my rumah sewa recently> Well, things has been slowly settled from time to time. Now, there are 10 peoples students tenants living there, and all of them are very nice people. Relationship between one and another are very good, easy to get along with, much closer, much organized and hell yeah, i like it! Our house cool! ;D

Degree life is also fun for me. Having since moving to Shah Alam from Perak, I have been involving in activities with my fellow ex-schoolmates even more than before. Its near and easy for me to go anywhere around kl here, plus it seems like I everyweek balik je kan hahaha. I dont know about you guys but for me, there's a different feeling when you hangout with your good-old schoolmates than other friend. Macam mana nak cakap eh, ntahla! haha

Slowing My Pace

I know my capibility. I dont want to burden myself. I have already experienced it last time around. On time but average result is no no good. So I asked few friends, seniors, and even office mates. I've been receiving lots of advice and suggestion and with that, I can conclude that this time, most probably I will not going to finish my degree on time. I'm dropping another subject this semester, and instead of 2 subjects most probably I will be taking only 1 subject this upcoming shortcourse. So there, 1 subject last semester + 1 subject this semester + 1 subject for shortcourse. I will extend 1 semester to finish these. I've got nothing to rush rite? :)

Currently demam and suhu panas kaw2 dowh! smalam check 38'c. Babila ape2 pun xleh buat grr ><

Semalam aku pulang sebentar ke bumi Shah Alam, bersihkan rumah sewa seksyen 8 tu dengan segala kekotoran yang pernah hinggap di situ. Alhamdulillah, kitorang tak jadi pindah rumah lain sebab last minit ada 2 orang baru join rumah kitorang. So sekarang dah jadi 9 orang. Rakan-rakan dari UiTM Perak juga. Diorang pun ok, semalam siap bersihkan rumah ramai-ramai lagi. Rumah tu kali ini bersih dan segarrrr...kecuali kat luar, lalang dah tinggi. Ahh, yang tu biar Felmi settlekan, nak sangat parking dalam kan. aha.

Lepas kemas rumah aku follow 2 orang rakanku ke UiTM Shah Alam, pergi register. Alangkah terkezutnya aku bila aku tengok kat setiap fakulti dah ada palang keluar-masuk. Nak lepas palang tu kena ada pass dan pass tu hanya lecturer je yang ada. Apahal?? Adoi hilang selera aku mau belajar di situ. Parking kereta jauh kot kat depan engineering, kena berebut parking kat tempat yang sempit tu. Tu pun nampak gaya macam diorang nak pasang palang gak kat situ. Nak parking kat padang kawad memang hahahaharapan la kan, jauh pastu nak kena tunggu bas buang masa lagi kan alahai...

Anyway, selera nak study datang balik sebab timetable sem ni macam agak best je. Khamis kelas sampai tgh hari je dan jumaat tiada kelas!!!! hahaha. Tapi Isnin pack, I'm all occupied from 8.30am - 7.20pm whattheheck! Tapi takpelah hari lain sempoi~~

krisis rumah sewa

Seperti yang telah diceritakan dalam pos sebelum2 ni, yeap rumah sewa seksyen 8 tu confirm ada pindah. no no no, bukan sorang ye, bukan juga 2, tiga juga bukan tapi 4 orang pindah. Daripada 7 terus tinggal 3 orang je yang stay rumah tu. Gile ah. Terbaik. Hmmph!

Memang perasaan sakit hati dan bengang akan membara di jiwa, tak kira siapa pun kalau benda macam ni berlaku kat kita. Mana taknya, beban semua datang kat kita la kan. Mana nak cari orang ganti diorang? Kalau takde orang takkan mampuih siapa nak bayar duit sewa rumah?? Gila ke apa rm1400 nak kena bahagi 3??

Tak kisah lah kan diorang nak pindah ke apa. Macam salah sorang daripada si pindah tu cakap kat aku, itu hak diorang kan. Tapi tak fikir ke kat kitorang yang stay ni? Kitorang pun student macam korang gak. Aku pun ambik PTPTN juga. Bukan apa, yang paling menyakitkan hati aku, bukan aku je tapi bebudak lain ialah diorang ni bukannya nak buat berbincang dulu. Kalau ada tak puas hati dengan rumah tu ke, ada plan nak pindah ke, bincang la satu rumah dulu. Setiap perkara boleh diselesaikan dengan perbincangan lah. Ini tidak, tau-tau cuti sem pakat nak blah ramai-ramai. Dah la blah time cuti sem. At least bagitau lah kitorang yang korang nak pindah 2-3 bulan sebelum tarikh korang nak pindah tu. Boleh lah jugak kitorang plan untuk make the next move ke ape kan. Time cuti sem ni ingat senang ke nak cari orang.

Kadang2 pepatah Melayu yang mengatakan "buat baik berpada2" itu betul juga. Kita buat baik dengan orang pun belum tentu dia ingat kat kita, atau pun dia ingat kejap je dalam 2-3 hari pastu lupa dah haha. Tapi janganlah kita lupa, kalau kita ikhlas buat benda baik tu ada balasannya dari yang Maha Esa. Jadi sentiasalah buat baik dengan ikhlas. Aku ni bukannya baik sangat pun tapi bila benda jadi macam ni aku memang sangat mengharapkan bantuan dari-Nya. Dan aku bukannya suka gaduh2, kalau boleh biarlah semua happy. Harap2 benda ni cepat settle. Aku doakan yang terbaik untuk kitorang dan diorang. Macam Hanis Zalikha cakap dalam blog dia, doakan yang terbaik untuk orang sebab doa tu akan datang balik ke kita! yeh

Sebelum cuti sem hari tu ada 2 orang kawan kitorang yang cakap nak join masuk rumah kitorang tu. So bilangan ahli rumah tu akan jadi 9 orang dan kitorang gembira nanti dapat bayar sewa murah. Akan tetapi, apabila mereka - mereka ni tiba-tiba je nak pindah, dan dah confirm pindah pun, dan lebih sadis lagi salah sorang daripada 2 orang kawan yang plan nak masuk tu tak dapat tawaran, maka hanya 4 orang je yang confirm stay situ next sem. Usaha punya usaha alhamdulillah so far dah dapat 3 orang, menjadikan bilangan ahli rumah sewa terkini ialah 7 orang. Still mahal jugak tu..dan kami masih mencari lagi

so kitorang amatlah berharap agar ada orang yang sudi join masuk rumah tu. Teres 4 bilik, Air elektrik free jangan risau. Aminnn. Apa2 pun, aku tetap bersyukur kerana setiap yang berlaku tu ada hikmahnya :)

What the hell..but okay!

I got a job. wow could you believe that? In the middle of the month. Guess what, it is at the old place I used to work. haha. And guess what, I actually didn't apply for it. I got a call from the Boss! (err..son of the boss actually, he's a friend of mine) Hell yeah! hehe. The company are in need of people, for their big project. To tell you the truth, I didn't even think about working during this semester break. What I plan is to enjoy this harmonimous (ar?) free time and relax. But hey, since I've got nothing to do, and there's few more weeks left before new semester begin, and they are offering me paycheck as well..so why not, rite? So that's it, this year's semester break is over for me. haaa..

Annoying thing that can mess us up

Today is the day that examination result for Uitm student came out. But as usual, there is a problem accessing the page. Oh, too many student accessing the page at the same time! Wattaheck!

Sometimes I hate most everything regarding to online thingy with uitm. Uitm is kind of suck when handling things that needs its student to use their bloody web page, especially when it is the day that the result came out, and also the day that we student need to register our course online. That will be the most annoying time. A disaster for all uitm student.

6.00pm I managed to check my result, but now???

Why did I say that? Well, first of all, the traffic on that time is damm heavy that everybody is trying to access the page at the same time, later making that page is unavailable to access. It is still acceptable if that happen when you whan to check your result, because you can always wait for the page to be available again, rite? But when it comes to time that you need to register your course, that's when the anger come out. WE WANT TO REGISTER OUR COURSE IN THE GROUP THAT WE WANT, WE DESIRE! and we need to do it quickly before other people do that first! Damm it.

Why things like this happened? Well, obviously because there are too many students UiTM have right now, approximately around 100 thousands in total. They even want to increase the number you know. By 2020 they want the total of 200,000 students studying there. That doesnt really matter by the way. For me, they can increase whatever number of student they want as long as they know how to handle it properly. We as their student, we dont want a too pack campus, too pack lecture room and too many people accessing their webpage at the same time. They managed to build new campuses, that's good. But what about the webpage? That's the problem they have to think and take it seriously. It's about quality, not quantity y'all. Think again ;)

Having lost 2 games last week against Chelsea and Manchester City surely not a good thing for Arsenal. They have serious injury problem, especially when their ace striker Robin Van Persie will be out at least until April. Things become worst when their 3 other strikers Bendtner, Walcott and Eduardo are all injured as well. And now the only player Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger is relying on for foward is Russian star Andrei Arshavin.

Arshavin has been performing well last night after scoring against Stoke City last night. But believe me Wenger, by depending on this player only for foward position is not going to promise you the team is still strong and capable of winning silverware, which you haven't won for four years already. Arshavin can still be prone to injury and tell me, how many competition that you are confident of winning this season? As we all know we already saw ourselves out of the Carling Cup last week. Wenger must buy player this January transfer window, especially stiker. But Wenger has already said his option for this transfer window is very limited and dont expect him to buy expensive player. What the..

You should buy this player in the first place, Mr.Arsene

Last summer transfer window me (and mostly other gunners fan to) was hoping that Wenger cash out his money on Netherlands striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar. He has been strongly linked with Arsenal at that time but, due to Arsenal's good performance at that time, made Wenger think that the team is already strong enough that he dont need anymore striker, so he didnt him. But look what happened now? Not enough striker. Hah! Take that! This is what happen if you dont listen to this gunners fan. muahaha.

The point is Arsenal will slowly lost their credibility. What's the worst thing that can happen to Arsenal? Let see

Not enough striker = not enough attack = lack of goal = no trophy = player leave!

Sooner or later this player could also leave if Arsenal did not win any trophy

So my advice is, again, buy player, talented player that can give fans hope! please. I'm begging you.

Lepas sorang, sorang lagi nak pindah keluar. Tau lah sewa rumah tu mahal tapi kalau sorang2 pindah tak kesian ke kat budak-budak yang still stay kat rumah tu sem depan. Nak cari orang bukan senang oh. Janganlah fikir lepas bontot sendiri je, orang lain nak kena fikir gak. Tolonglah rakan-rakan yang "on the way" nak masuk UiTM tu, tak kira lah yang dari diploma ataupun dari uni lain dapat tawaran masuk UiTM dan sudi jadi anggota rumah sewa seksyen 8. Amiiiiiiiiiiinnnnn.

Tamatlah sudah kuliah untuk semester ini. Ini juga berkmana tamatlah sudah pengajianku 1 semester di tempat baru ini. Macam biasalah habis kuliah siap sedia untuk final pula. Harap jangan jadi macam biasa sem2 sebelum ni di diploma selalau buat final revision and preparation at the very last minute! nyesal x berguno nnt -.-

Well, my first experience of degree and Shah Alam was not bad after all. New surrounding, new level of studies, and also new friends. During diploma I was quite active with uni's activities and such such things but not in Shah Alam, I am reserved with those most of the time. Malas lah, rasa macam inilah masanya untuk daku study dengan tenang..cheh tenang ke?

Degree is obviously different from diploma. You are 3 times busy, presentations and presentations, assignments and assignments, due dates and due dates. It's like almost everyweek you will be equiped with new assignments and there will be one time where you will have tasks waiting for you to every single day of the week. Hari ni bereskan kerja ni, esok bereskan kerja tu pulak dan seterusnya. Best kan? Haha but like what one of my lecturer said to us "ini lah baru student life. Mencabar. Bila lagi nak merasa macam ni?" Adalah sampai rasa nak tukar course awal-awal sem dulu tapi lama-lama rasa seronok pula dengan course ni. Hopefully I will do fine this upcoming exam and get good results. Enough playing Amar, wake up heh

It's raining this morning and me and my fellow housemates have decided to go to class by car. So we went. ITS410 class finished and next class, CTU553 and the class is at Cempaka sana. Parking yang amat susah. We went to check for the nearest parking available but there wasnt so pe lagi ponteng la. Haha

Sometimes UiTM are just sucks. Why in the hell that they are doing this bloody Program Pembangunan Pelajar module on this weekend? Its a 2 day module and it is compulsory to attend. Cant you see it's still in the month of raya and everybody is in the mood of raya. Open house here and there. I myself have around 4 open house invitations this weekend and heck i do want to go. It's just sucks. The module is taken place at UiTM (at the faculty i think), from 8am - 6pm but I really hope that it will finish early. Darn.

Enough with the module. Yesterday me and few housemates went to Media Prima for an interview with the IT boss, En.Shahrul regarding the Software Improvement methodology that is being used at that organization. Its for our assignments though. Well, its always good to be back at company that you have once work before. All of the IT staffs geets us well, still remember us and still can 'lawak2' with us. It's like you never leave. I miss those moments working there. No assignments, no stay up in the middle of night doing projects, no carry marks, no test, no final. No, no and no. Get payment! haha :p

Best gile kan time kita masih di dalam bulan raya ni kita amatlah busy dengan para assignment dan test dan projek. Esok aka sat lagi ada 2 test yang bakal ditempuhi. Time orang lain sedang lena menikmati tidur kita kena bangun awal2 untuk study. Nanti dah tempuh 2 test tu malam kena stay up untuk siapkan report CTU pula. Keseterusan malam pula kena stay up untuk buat assignment ITS470 yang sentiasalah banyak. Haih dulu time praktikel tak adalah sibuk macam gini. Tapi tu lah, lecturer cakap bila lagi nak merasa 'adventurous' life macam gini kan? geh -.-

Hallo hallo. By the time I'm writing this post surely most all of my friends are already at their respective kampung. Preparing for raya tomorrow, having time with family, atuk, opah, paksu, maksu, cousins dan sebagainya. Well its just me here then. As usual will be celebrating raya in KL, but this time around raya will be different, as I am no longer have any grandpa or grandma. But, life must go on right. So, lets leave all the duka lara behind and moving foward with postive-thinkingness! ehe.

Raya oh raya. Rasa macam lagi sesuai kalau tulis dalam bm je. ehehe

Bila raya je selalu kena perli dengan kawan-kawan. "Tak merasa la ko beraya kat kampung mar". Siot je. Bengkek je bila tiap kali dengar statement tu. Ish orang-orang macam tu memang patut kalau time nak balik kampung stuck kat traffic jam. hah! hahahaha.

Nak tau apa yang best kat KL bila time raya? Haa..meh sini baca

Starting malam raya till raya ke-3, jalanraya di sekitar KL menjadi lengang, aman dan damai.
Yar betul tu. Sepanjang bulan Ramadhan jalan raya kat kl la yang paling macam harem j. skali jam tak ingat. Kadang-kadang sampai perjalanan yang sejauh 10km pun ambil masa 2 jam. best tak? Tapi bila tiba malam raya, suketi demo la nak drive ke mana saja demo suka, oh kecuali ke jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman malam raya tu. Confirm sangkut! Ada midnight sale kat situ. Aha.

1st day raya. Confirm ramai bangla kat klcc dan shopping mall lain.
yar betul3..raya pertama kalau tak ada kerja sangat pergi la klcc ke mana-mana tempat shopping. Memang tempat paling senang untuk korang berjumpa dengan segerombolan2 bangla kat situ. Diorang pun pandai jugak kan nak cari timing best untuk keluar bershopping. Time bulan pose tak sesuai sebab ramai sangat warga Melayu kat situ. 1st day raya confirm tak ramai sebab orang pergi beraya balik kampung dan sebagainya kan so bolehlah diorang shopping dengan aman damai. hmm..wise thinking..ehehe

Sale sale sale!
Selalunya sale kat shopping mall masih on lagi sampai at least raya kedua atau ketiga kan. Jadi katakanlah kalau dah bosan sangat tak tau nak buat apa time raya ke atau ada free time ke bolehla curi-curi keluar pergi shopping kan. Time-time macam ni pulak tak ramai orang kat shopping mall kan yang ada pun mat2 yang wa mention tadi tu je kan so aman la kan barang-barang pun murah-murah pulak kan. Tak pun pergi tengok wayang ke kan..hahaha

Tu je kot yang dapat difikirkan buat masa ni. Heck why am I at in front of my computer? I am supposed to enjoy the moment of this precious malam raya, tolong parent kemas rumah ke apa ke kan. Oh i would like to take this opportunity to wish all Muslims Selamat Menyambut Hari Lebaran 1430H. Mohon Maaf Zahir dan Batin andai pernah terkasar bahasa dan tersalah perbuatan. Experiencing Bazaar Ramadhan

Ramadhan Ramadhan. For the past three years I've been experiencing Ramadhan in Perak. Different culture, differrent environment, different food and also different food price compared to what I normally faced for the previous-previous Ramadhan. Daym! I miss the great taste of chi-cheung fun (hope i spell it correctly ><) in Ipoh! Sedap giler! Ada la 1 kedai tu ntah pe nama dia. Hee. But hey, it's Shah Alam story now. I dont know about anybody else but i think throughout this whole fasting month i want to go to every bazaar ramadan at Shah Alam. Hehe. Bukan apa, kenalah merasa semua tempat. Different bazaar must have its own specialty right? Mana tau kat sini special dia kuih ni and kat sana special dia mee ni and so and so. Puasa kan sebulan, so lets treasure this fasting month with lots and lots of..eating o.o So far i have went to 2 bazaar. Seksyen 13 (or better known as the stadium) and Seksyen 7.

Seksyen 13 bazaar is big and have tons of variety, tapi masalah dia jauh sket dan nak balik kena tempuh jam -.-
Seksyen 7 bazaar is small and packed and crowded but its nearer to my place and its already good enough bazaar for me (tapi semalam cari taufufah tak jumpa

I did not go to class today. This morning when I woke up I felt my body temperature was a bit high, my throat felt so pain and my cough was getting worst. So I decided to not to go to class and went to clinic later on. Fortunately there was not so many pesakit there, and doctor has confirmed that I am not a H1N1 patient. My temperature at that time was 36.6. "kalau H1N1 suhu dia tinggi dik, dalam 38 macam tu". Yeh

and fortunately, 2 days of MC. Hehe. So, no class for today and tomorrow. Boleh kuar jalan-jalan :p

Start demam rasanya Khamis lepas. Semalamnya tu main futsal. Start dengan sakit tekak dan badan panas. Jumaat rasa macam dah ok sikit, tapi batuk pula datang. Sebelum tu macam dah pasrah je tak pergi MTV World Stage sebab tak dapat tiket. Tiba-tiba juga petang tu dapat call daripada rakan medprima offer 2 tiket. Malam tu juga pergi ambil. Terus ubah fikiran nak pergi konsert tu esoknya, walaupun dengan tahap kesihatan sebegitu. Bukan apa, dalam fikiran: Line-up - opportunity - photo2 - demand. Haha.

Esok tu pergi juga. Tanpa memakai apa-apa alat proteksi seperti mask dan sebagainya aku pun masuk dan menonton konsert itu. Professional Camera seperti DSLR tidak dibenarkan dibawa masuk. Akan tetapi pula, kat entrance beg aku yang dalamnya ada D60 tetapi dicover dengan baju dan seluar itu tidak diperasani oleh pemeriksa2 itu. Nasiblah siapa suruh tak check betul-betul. Konsert memang best. Raygun, AAR & Kasabian memang terbaik (Estranged tak sempat tengok).

Ahad sepatutnya ada program jalinan mesra apa entah kat UiTM tapi tak pergi. Batuk makin teruk. Sakit tekak masih ada. Demam masih juga. Tengah hari tu pergi klinik. Dapat MC 2 hari tapi klinik tu tak boleh check H1N1. Isnin tak pergi kelas. Selasa kembali ke UiTM dengan batuk-batuk masih di dada. Nasib bek hari ni 1 kelas je. Tapi sehingga sekarang batuk masih belum reda. Bahkan macam makin teruk. Selsema pun dah start datang balik. Badan macam panas tak panas macam tu lah. Risau juga ni. It's been 6 days already. Tu la pergi lagi tempat yang prone tu virus. Esok macam kena pergi buat med checkup je. UiTM sekarang ni ada buat free service. Ok la tu.

Renovate Rumah & Menyusahkan

Orang sebelah ni, dah la renovate rumah. Tiap-tiap hari bising dengan bunyi gerudi dan ketuk-ketuk dia tu, lepas tu tempat parking kita pun dia amek. Bukan kat dalam rumah je, tu, yang kat luar tu pun dia dah book. Siap letak papan lagi tak nak bagi orang lain park kat situ. Hadoi..dugaan..

Lepas seminggu tak pergi kelas kerana cuti pertengahan semester yang tidak begitu bermakna kerana mengapakah kita cuti ketika dunia pembelajaran masih baru lagi, tiada cabaran-cabaran pembelajaran bahkan tensi-tensi assignment mahupun projek juga tiada ketika itu. Bazir je cuti, nanti raya cuti sekejap, cuti study week pula dia mansuhkan. Harun laban betul. Oh sambung, akhirnya UiTM dibuka semula. Minggu ni terus busy dengan 3 presentation. Para-para assignment juga tidak ketinggalan. Hah! Amek ko..time-time macam ni lah baru teringat balik kat cuti-cutiku yang terbaziran itu. 2 presentation dah selesai. Ok lah, feedback dari lecturer ada yang ok ada jugak yang kurang sedap didengar. Takpe, dalam proses pembelajaran lagi. So tinggal 1 je lagi presentation. Esok. Kelas Speech Communication. Kena present speech. Ok harap-harap esok suara kuat, hari tu dah kena tiaow dengan lecturer cakap suara slow. "Malu-malu kucing eh?" What the..

PTPTN dah masuk. Pelajar UiTM kaya-raya sekarang nih. Kesempatan ni memang kitorang satu rumah ambil dengan pergi bershopping semalam. Beli barang-barang keperluan rumah, tidak lupa juga barang-barang dapur. Yes, kitorang masak kot. Jimat lah, tambah lagi puasa nak dekat dah 2 minggu je lagi. Boleh la tunjukkan bakat memasak masing-masing huhuhu :p

Perihal Event, Bola dan Uni

It was just 3 weeks of new semester but lots of assignments and presentations has been given to us as it was already in the middle of semester. duhh. haa. neverlytheless, everything is going on okay so far.

Shout Awards last Friday was fun. The performance was entertaining, the crowd was superb and the show was done smoothly. And the best part is I was a crew of the event that night! Haha. It was for free, no payment was given to me for working that night but I dont know why I love working for event like that. Maybe because for me I think not everybody got a opportunity to work in such of environment like that, you know the broadcasting environment where what you're working for will be seen or watched by millions of people whether at the stadium itself or on television. Not by IT people atleast. Plus, hey I got a chance to be a photographer on that night. Hee I am glad photos i've taken are at Shout Awards website. Ade jugak contribution :)

The next day. It was Neko's Engagement Day. First of all, congratulations to both of you and family! :) Sorry2 I couldn't make it, dah ade janji dengan rakan nak pergi tengok bola. Dah janji awal2 ><... It was Malaysia XI vs Man Utd. Already bought the tickets about a month ago and hell yeah there goes my RM68. Hee. Nevermind, nice game that day. The game ended 2-3 with a victory to Man Utd. Malaysian team was not bad, the passing, ball control and confidence level have improved a lot since last time I watched they played, if I'm not mistaken the one they were beaten by Vietnam where the bloody goalkeeper did a silly, unacceptable mistake, that leads to the victory of the Vietnam team. geh.

Degree. Ntahla so far ok la kot. Ade jugak subjek yang still tengah blur2 tapi macam dah makin nampak. But I dont know recently I have I feeling..I feel like changing my course. I dont know. Truth to say, I was hoping for Network course before the result came out. Kind of interestes in Network, because Networking course involves more in technical stuffs rather than reading2 stuffs. But then dapat ISE, bedal je la. 1 je benda yang amat dirisaukan, boleh ke aku bawak course ni? hmm..but then 1 side of me was thinking, mesti ada hikmahnya kenapa dapat course ISE ni. And even if I want to change course, I would have to wait for next semester to do so and I must start from the beginning. It's like I will be wasting 1 semester though. Cam bazir je. Takpe, bak kata ade sorang senior I ni (tapi dia budak network), try dulu 1 sem dgn ISE ni. Kalau result ok, teruskan je. Yeh ;)

Tomorrow got perjumpaan with the DEAN. She wants to meet all new students from our faculty. Saturday got a UiTM program called Program Pemantapan Wawasan at Intec. It is compulsory to new students like us. Ada qiamullail lagi pule. Ahad ada familyday fakulti pule. Weekend ke ape ni, next week ade 2 presentation kot o.o

The Differences

Remember I once said Shah Alam is a place where you need GPS if you want to go somewhere? Well, I was wrong. Shah Alam is actually has an easy to understand route. Within 2 days here I am already able to memorize the route though. But even with the easy route map, it still cant stop me to say that Shah Alam is a bit hot! Gue kekadang mandi 3 kali sehari oh. Hehe

Degree is obviously far different from Diploma. Here, most of the thing, specifically tiny2 thing lecturer wont teach us how. You will have to learn it by your own. For example, how to use this software, how to use this programming language and so on. Learn it by yourself, google it, or anything that can make you understand. Lucky me, I have experienced it during my practical training last time. The company is using C# programming language, the language which UiTM did not teach us and I had to learn it by my own. Practical training has given big impact to me. IWith the experience working in a world of developer I am more prepared in facing my degree and I hope this time around I will score. Tak mo dah main2 and study last minute and get bad result and repeat and such on. InsyaAllah.

Take a look on my course outline. It's a new syllabus, and my badge (batch :p) is the batch yang merasmikannya. It shows that we actually have 7 semesters in total but after credit transfer has been done we all have 2 1/2 semesters, IF we can grad on time. Subject that has already been credit transfered I highlighted it with the gray color. Hoho..new challenge's coming. Let's do this!

Owh, about my MUET. Result came out already. I got band 3. Was really hoping for band 4, but with the effort I put, which was not so good because I didn't prepare enough for this bloody exam, tak tengok pun buku2 lame main pegi jawab exam je sampai terlupa format summary macam mane. Amek ko! haha. Yeah, my writing test is the worst, probably because of my summary. Nevermind, rasa macam nak amik balik, but we shall see. At the meant time, I am satisfy with my result. Ok la tu, engriss gue pun bknnye hebak sangat oh hehe. Concentrate on my degree =)

Hopefully I can make it to Shout Awards this Friday, which is tomorrow. I got free tickets, offered it already to some of my housemates and friends, but it seems that I still have tickets available. Well, if anybody is interested you can inform me k. Hope to meet the fellow Alt Media and my ex-supervisor Elisa. They will cover for Shout Awards Live Streaming there. Kalau diorang tak cukup tangan I boleh je offer tolong. Dapat backstage tu hehe :p Oh and not to forget, Malaysia vs Man Utd on Saturday.

I heard Miss Neko is getting engaged this Saturday (tadi tersilap tulis Neko nak kawen hee). Well, I would like to say 'Selamat bertunang Neko and Hafiz'. And in advanced I would like to say 'Selamat Pengantin Baru'. Semoga kekal ke anak cucu ke akhir hayat, murah rezeki dan dirahmati-Nya. Amin =)

Hello Shah Alam, Hello UiTM

Been busy for the past 2 weeks since I quit TV3. Terasa sempit giler! But hey, I'm almost there. Register for my degree and I'm done.

But not been busy all the time eh. Last week me and family went to Melaka, for cuti-cuti though. It was nice. As far as I remember last time I went there was on 2005 where me and the drama team of my school went there to compete for the interschool drama competition zone B levels. Our school was a representative of Kuala Lumpur, competed with other schools each from Selangor, Nogoghi and Melaka. The competition ended up with victory for Alam Shah from Selangor. We were 2nd. But it was fun! Oh ok back to the cuti-cuti. Melaka has changed a lot since my last visit there. The town looks more organised, cantik, bersih. Bandar Hilir especially. There are few attraction thingy has been added at that town such as menara taming sari, eye on Malaysia, cruise riding and more and more. Dataran Pahlawan Megamall also not bad. But 1 thing that will surely irritates every people when coming there: traffic. Jam kaw-kaw especially weekend! haram j betul. If possible park your car anywhere near that town and just start walking hehe. Owh, and 1 more place to visit when you're in Melaka is, Umbai Medan Ikan Bakar. Ikan-ikan di sana sungguh segar, 'baru naik' bak kata makcik kat kedai tu time aku kat sana ari tu hehe. You can choose to cook the fish half as ikan bakar and the other half as masak sambal or 3 rasa or whatever you like. The price is too, not bad though.

Back from holiday, hah straight away too many pending works came search for me. 1st, all the sijil spm, ic, surat beranak thingy has not yet been photocopied and approved. Next, I didnt go for shopping for my degree yet. My uni fees has not been paid yet. Not yet cut my hair. So many pending work, so little time! wargh. Haha last Thursday I went to UiTM and know what, one of the staff at my faculty, Pn.Haniza warned me to cut my hair before the registration. She was like "Awak, nanti daftar degree? Potong rambut sebelum pendaftaran k. Awak laki ke pompuan? Hehe" in a joking tone lar haha. Shiat, sayang kot nak potong. 1st time simpan rambut sepanjang ni. Habis la lepas ni rambut dah pendek balik. Habis la lepas ni nampak mcm budak skolah balik. Habis la kene gelak. Habis la kene kutuk. Haha.

Alhamdulillah, all those pending works has been done within this week. Yuran dah bayar. Rambut pun dah pendek. Tomorrow (today actually, later) is the registration day. Bet UiTM will be jam-packed tomorrow, so better come there early. Class start on Monday. Owh, and uh, PTPTN result came out already. Alhamdulillah, got offered again. Everything almost done. New chapter will begin. Shah Alam. Degree. UiTM.

Haih..tensen..hari ni dah 2 kali umah blackout..blackout pulak stok berjam2 baru ok..wah

Setelah sekian maklum bahawa kontrak aku dgn Media Prima Berhad (MPB) sudahpun tamat Jumaat lalu. Sepatutnya tamat Jumaat ni, tapi aku minta awal sebab banyak benda yang nak diuruskan sebelum menjelangnya degree. Medical check-up, cari rumah sewa, rehat, shopping..hahaha. Apa-apapun terima kasih aku ucapkan kat MPB c0z bagi aku peluang training & kerja kat situ. Banyak bende aku blaja kat situ. Dan ade lah projek2 yang aku buat tu diguna pakai sehinggalah sekarang macam ads system dan yang paling baru skali siaran webcast streaming kat semua radio stesen MPB. Ade jugak lah sumbangan aku kat company tu hehe..Thank you El dan Ameen dan En.Rezwan!

P/s: Sorry sahabat2 MIS media prima. Bajet x begitu mengizinkan untuk buat makan-makan besar-besaran kat MPB tu so KFC je la yang aku dan zahir dpt sediakan..hehe. Dan sorry la x sempat nak jumpa n salam2 korang sebab banyak kerja la minggu ni. InsyaAllah before masuk degree aku datang jumpa korang k. Kepada pembaca setia blog ni kak syima n azril, InsyaAllah amar akan slalu update blog, sekurang2nya sebulan skali ke kan hahaha.

Aku habiskan perkhidmatan aku kat MPB hari tu dgn pergi Pesta Malam Indonesia 3. Mula2 pergi sebab nak tolong Alt Media ambilkan gambar untuk letak kat page Gua.com.my. Tapi sebab time tu Syam Alt Media dah ade dan tetiba ade request dari Hot FM so proceed je la ambil gambar. Mula-mula ok la pastu makin lama area photographer kat situ makin ramai. Bukan ape, yang pakai pass VIP, Guest, All-Access semua lepak situ. Diorang tak nak join crowd sebab crowd yang especially dari negara jiran kita ramai yang tengah naik sheikh. Chuak gak lah tgk diorang. So kat tempat photographer tu pack dan susah untuk kitorang nk bergerak. Tengok crowd yang makin menjadi2 naik sheikh n sawannye, so aku n Kay blah awal. Lepas Shiela On 7 kitorang chow.

Selasa lepas pergi cari rumah sewa kat Shah Alam. Mula2 singgah office NR kat UiTM amek no.fon rumah2. Mungkin sebab lambat cari so banyak rumah yang dah ade orang amek. Nak tak nak kenalah cari rumah yang bayaran dia agak mahal sket. Alhamdulillah, kitorang dapat satu rumah teres ni kat Seksyen 8. 2 tingkat, 4 bilik n 3 bilik air. Bila pergi tengok memang besar rumah tu. Walaupun agak mahal tapi rasanya berbaloi la coz luas, tempat dia privacy sikit n nampak secure. Nanti boleh la tambahkan ahli kat rumah tu.

Bandcomp 2009. Akhirnya, setelah lama menunggu, takhta itu menjadi milik sekolahku SJI. Kalau tak dari dulu asyik sekolah yang satu tu je..hahaha.

Pe lagi eh? Haa..saya baru beli lense, tu pun 2nd la. 55-200mm. Tu yang sekarang tgh agak sengket sket ni. Bila nak dapat gaji ni..hahaha

It's going to be my last week at Media Prima Berhad next week. Wah later can cuti-cuti, I have 2 weeks to relax before going back to uni. Wow, it's been six months I've been working there already.

Last week has been pretty busy, especially with the webcast streamings and also the ads system. Fly FM's webcast is the worst. Everyday down. I went to the Fly FM studio almost everyday just because of that bloody streaming. And as usual I went there during either Hunny Madu or Steve show. Diorang sampai dah kenal muke gue ni. Hehe. Bukannya apa, the studio is kinda small and if I come during other show there will be 2 or more announcer at that time oh. So that explain it rite? hehe. Because of this streaming I think most of announcers know me already. And I believe since they dont know my name so they will surely label me as 'Streaming Man', or 'Abang Streaming'. Cheh, whatever. I'm just doing my job there.

Back to the streaming, I think the reason of the unstable of the streaming is because of the webcam cable. The cable is previously placed in front of the announcer table so they tend to 'terlanggar' it everytime they walk pass it. Fortunately on Wednesday I went there during Steve's time. Steve is one of people that concerned about the streaming status. He told me that the streaming is not working. We talked for awhile and at last, thanks to him we came up with idea of placing that camera at the right side of the studio. At this position no one is going to 'langgar' the cable. It's safer there. That's true man. From that time until now there is no more problem with the streaming. Thanks man! Yesterday went to office, migrated those streaming from using windows media encoder to flash media encoder. So far the flash encoder streams better than the windows, it's buffer time is faster and no problem so far! Stay that way babes! Managed to take some picture of the kepoyo-an and keperasanan. lol :p

About my Ads System, me and Ameen have already present the system to Alt Media Manager, Marina and some of the transcoder. They were satisfied with the system as it really helps them. No more going to BMG/AMG/Engineering department to get that bloody Ads List. Nevertheless, there are still few other requirements about the system added by them. Ha..that one have to pass to Amin lah, gue nak berambus dah next week :p So the system is now officially
being used at Alt Media Sdn Bhd. Yeh! lol :p

My trainee friends from polytechs already finished their internship last friday. Most of them are from engineering department. Such good friends I have there. There are all hardworking and helpful type of people oh. Rajin sungguh, kalah staff oh. On Friday all of us went futsal as the last time playing futsal together-gether (sebagai intern la :p)

Alhamdulillah. I have successfully completed my diploma. Result came up last Thursday and I have passed my practical training. Practical training takde GPA, so CGPA remains the same, except dia tampal course yang pernah fail dulu. Syukran2. Tinggal result MUET and degree application je. Hopefully dapat kat Shah Alam. After confirm dapat kat Shah Alam then only will go search for rumah sewa. Seksyen 7 most likely, as most of my housemate-gonna be prefers that area.

I'm a busyman during working hour at the mo.

Webcast streaming for Hotfm, Flyfm and Onefm has been delayed from time to time due to the unstable of the streaming. Supposed to be up last week though. So the mangsa is the IT team and some Radio Network people (specifically me, Elisa and Alex, but me is busier!). Right now streaming for both Flyfm and Onefm are running ok. The big problem is now Hotfm. At the moment the audio of the streaming is bad oh. Macam ade bunyi noise yang sungguh mengacau jiwa. Dont know where the sound came from. Haih tensen2..

Anyway, I'm so heppy. I managed to develop a system that is going to be used in Alt Media Department, Media Prima Berhad. Haa. First time using Microsoft Visual C# and WPF Applications (bende yg ade kt dalam Microsoft VIsual C# tu) took me 3 months to adapt with it. WPF Applications is so fun, using XAML as language it makes you easier to build a nice, no, wonderful interface for your system. Kalau korang boleh buat animation semua tu lagi style. The system is called Ads Summary System. Dia akan display list of Advertisements (Ads) bagi setiap show yang ditayangkan di televisyen anda mengikut saluran dan tarikh yang dipilih oleh pengguna(user). From what I know this system is important for Alt Media as it ease the work of the transcoder team coz the system actually sort out the ads according to its show before displaying the summary. Sebelum ni diorang kena sort sendiri. Here's some screenshot:

Other than logo tv3,7,8,9 semua interface tu design via coding @ XAML. Caya x? Haha. I gained lots of benefit during the process of developing this system:

Haa..what a relief. But I think there will still be a charge of rm30 like the canon people told me the other day. Hah nevermind asalkan boleh print. Thinking of creating a photobook..

My laptop has been so bengong for the past few weeks. Dia jadi slow giler eventhough I dah tambah RAM so I've decided to repair the OS then. But unfortunately after it has done repairing I was unable to connect my laptop to my streamyx. You know, when you want to set up the connection manually you have to do the set up in Network Connection. Click 'create a new connection' > 'connect to the Internet' > 'set up the connection manually'. Once I ticked those buttons I have to tick the options 'use connection that requires user name and password' but the option is grayed. These has forced me to reformat my laptop yesterday but it is still the same. Until now I am unable to find the solution, neither the IT staffs here. Haih susah oh xleh online kat sini. Kongkes.

Woot. Pagi tadi streaming down so me and Elisa pegi check on all radio streamings in the building. Time tgh check and reconfigure streaming for fly, time tu Hunny Madu punya shift. The streaming pc is actually just beside the announcer's table inside the conty. Tetiba Hunny tego "hey, what up!". Haha I pun balas biasa je. Then moments later I can hear that she was talking to herself. Then tetibe dia tersedar i ade kat situ. Dia pun cakap "oh sorry eh i kekadang suke cakap sorang2". Haha :p suddenly I got keberanian untuk berborak dgn dia n i pun tanye, "hunny, got extra Terminator ticket ah? I want lar..". She replied, "Oh, I can give you, but you have to SMS me first. Seriously, SMS to flyfm and then I will call you and walah!". I was like what the...malu lah! Nanti suara keluar national radio :p I told her that but she said "haha..that one i cannot help". She kept telling me to SMS tapi I masih malu dan menolak. Lepas tu dia cakap xpe esok ade lagi. Haha malu lah! Tapi tadi lepas keluar conti menyesal pulak tolak. At least try je la kan hee. Xpe la. Anyway Hunny is really friendly and gile2 minded and it was fun talking to her, even for awhile. Oh, not to forget, It was fun talking on the phone with someone last week too ;D

Kongkes punye laptop. Nak buat keje pun susa. Kat rumah nak online kena guna pc. *^%&$*^%&$*(*&^&*(!

Hancurnya Presentation

Fuh..lega gile bile dh buat presentation. Walaupun hancur tp ok la..

Yesterday I went to UiTM Shah Alam to present what i've been doing in the past 4 months during my internship. I've been so busy for the past 3 days before the presentation day completing all those log book, practical training report, system's user manual and slide presentation. That is the bad attitude of me, suka sangat buat kerja last minute. Dari dulu sampai sekarang. The worst part is the day before the presentation day I have to stay up until 3 am to complete my slide presentation and to woke up at 6am on the next day. Nasib baik tak bengong time presentation haha.

The presentation was not bad. It start with the presentation from the UiTM Perlis. Good presentation, but the system is too, as simple as ours. Bagus, ade gang..hehe. Then came my turn to present. Oh God, hancurnya presentationku! It's not the system I made that hancur, but it's the way I present my system. Ayat2 berterabur, suara makin slow, muka peluh2..haha what is wrong with me :p Mungkin effect dari tak cukup tido + tak prepare untuk presentation tu kowt. Haih peduli la. After all, the overall presentation was okay coz most of the candidates are as just as same as me, same je present takut2 :p and lectures pun ok, diorang macam faham je situation kitorang. The didn't ask too many question. And they also didn't find anything wrong on our practical reports so we dont have to do any correction. Wah best gile. Beza ah dengan ape yg kitorang tengok time kat Perak ari tu. So the presentation is over. As well as our practical training. And know what, thing that is on our mind is..."grad! grad! We're going to grad! " yeahhh so lega you know! At last we've completed our diploma. Alhamdulillah ;)

After Friday prayers me and kay straight away went jalan2 Shah Alam to find the Canon Head Office. Bosan ah mula2 plan dengan bebudak lain semua nak pegi pyramid tapi Farez boleh nak tukar plan pegi Jusco Bukit Raja plak. Tak dapat la. Aku nak hantar printer kowt haha. Okay Shah Alam is actually the place that you need a GPS if you are not familiar with their roads there. Seriously! Banyak gile roundabout. Seksyen merata. Siap ade Seksyen U lagi. Ugh. As I've mentioned before, I was looking for this address:

Betul pulak direction pakcik tu. Jumpa jugak. The place is actually at the really end side of Shah Alam. Dekat dengan Ara Damansara. Dekat dengan Subang jugak. Dekat dengan rumah Azril rupanya, jugak. And the place is like a private area. Landmark ka situ ade banyak condo, ade hotel Sri KL. Memang tak jumpa la kalau tak tanye pakcik tu. Dapat jugak hantar printer. The Canon people said in 3 working days time the Canon people will call me and let me know the quotation and if I agree then only they will start repairing. If not, I can comeback collect the printer and I have to pay the minimum charge of RM30. o.o

Smalam penat gile. Lepas makan balik rumah. Mak dan Ayah tgh tgk Diari AF. Oh, AF last this week. Takpe, layan skali jap. Tak tahan, penat gile. Around pukul 10 dah tido. Hee. Weekend ni nak guna untuk qada' balik tido2 yang x cukup ari tu :p

Finally my MUET exam is over. Dont have to think about it anymore just wait for the result phew. This morning I went to SMK Wangsa Melawati to take the final test of MUET, the ultimate speaking test. I've been grouped with Zahir and 2 other candidates which 1 is a working guy and another 1 is a girl that is right now working and studying. The title that has been given, as far as i can remember : Beneficial of working overseas. The test was not bad, the best part is in task B, we were not like gado2 bantai that candidate or what but we were actually supported each other's ideas and suggestions. And there's a part when our discussion was 'lari dari tajuk' abit by agreeing that working in our own country right now is better hee..but we somehow managed to turn ourselves back to the actual topic. Haha.

Hah this Friday I have to go to UiTM Shah Alam for my practical presentation but Ihave problem right now: my printer rosak!!! I'm using pixma mp145. It seems that something wrong with the roller which feed the paper coz dia xleh tarik paper masuk dlm printer tu. WARGHH aku nak print report praktikel wohh nak submit Jumaat ni!! Banyak pulak la kan nak kene print. Siot ah..the printer is showing E 2 3. Check kat google it says "paper feed error". Shiat. Hari tu pergi kedai canon dia cakap kena hantar dekat dia punya HQ, kat Shah Alam, kalau hantar kat branch2 biasa kena extra charge plus makan masa lama, dalam sebulan. Shiat again. Where and when the hell I'm going to find the store lar. Keje kowt and I area Shah Alam ni bukannye reti! Plus the presentation is on this Friday oh, mane sempat nak hantar repair! Ugh. Nevermind will figure about the print later. But does anyone know where the hell this place is? Please2 help! Thanks! hee:

Discovering the 'La-la-Land'

First of all, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO MY MOM AND ALL MOMS AROUND THE WORLD!! MOM-GONNA-BE CAN ALSO LAH! hee xp

Aha. It's almost 6 years I've been living at Melawati, specifically near zoo area, but know what, I just found out that there is a waterfall near my area! Believe it or not! Haha!

Meet Air Terjun Kemensah. Located at Kemensah Hulu, where you can reach here by just following the same road as you want to go to zoo, but when you reach zoo, which is on your left, just keep driving and make sure you dont turn left or right when you find any junction, and there! Haha.

Yesterday, me and kay went to KTM KL to pick up kay's motorcycle, where he posted it from Ipoh last week and then sent it back to his house. Then we dont know what to do on that day, came up the idea of go seaching for the waterfall which kay heard that there's a waterfall near our house area. So..we then go searching2, try jalan ni tp eh salah jalan then patah balik then try jalan lain pulak, at last yeah we found a sign showing "air terjun dan tempat memancing, gerenti dapat ikan!" Hah! we're almost there! Haha. Then sampai ke destinasi. Jumpa juga. We then go take pictures2..Haa the place is nice, there's even a chalet there. And can also join a paintball game. It's a fun place to go though. But it preferably not to go there by a big2 car, coz the road is so narrow just 1 car can fit the road and if 2 kereta bertembung then there will be a bit problem. Hee.

Today is mother's day. I dont know what to buy for my mom, puas mencari kt klcc tu haha. So i beli je la aunty anne's spretzel for my mom and dad. Happy diorang, especially my mom. You see, it's not the gift or present that matter to them but it's how you show your appreciation to them, your love to them and you remember them. That are things that matters.

As i'm typing this blog, Arsenal is losing to Chelsea by 3-0. Bodo punye arsenal, pegi turunkan keeper lopek fabianski tu buat pe. Haih sakit ati je tgk match tu..-.-

UiTM Perak Homecoming & AIM16

It's 7.50pm and i'm still at the office! Dahhh. hahaha. It's not that i x suka balik rumah or what. It's just..i am used to it since my school time. Abis skolah dulu 1.45pm tp balik around 5pm almost everyday. Buat ape? Kat mane? I was a president of this editorial board at school name Garudamas and there was my favourite place to be everyday after school. Buat keje oh :D haha xpun pegi dating. Cheh, cerita lamaaa...

Last week on Wednesday me and couple of friends went to our beloved UiTM Perak, to enjoy ourselves after 4months doing our practical training, to visit our beloved friends there and to watch the fellow friends doing their practical presentation. Haa bila sampai je UiTM memang rasa gumbira sangat. Jumpa kawan2 lagi. Perasaan yang sungguh x dapat dibayangkan. Haha best oh. Bila lagi nak pegi uitm perak tu. Sampai2 rehat jap + makan then keluar pegi fakulti kitorang FSKM (formerly known as FTMSK). Lepas tu gerak gi Fakulti AD, ada student fest. Malam keluar dengan rakan2 lepak ipoh. Haha ipoh tak berubah sangat. Cuma kali ni kalau pergi jusco ipoh parking dah x free dah!!! Ipoh parade parking dulu RM1 skarang RM1.50!!! Cuci kereta dulu rm3 skarang rm4!!! Haha. Ape ni, semua naik. Dah r menteri besar ade 2! Hahaha...Tengok wayang, si koo-choo-koo-koo wolverin. Tiket wayang x naik pulak kan. hahaha. best2. Pastu gerak pergi kedai mamak vengae tengok bola. Man Utd v Arsenal. kalah pulak arsenal kan 1-0. adoi..

Esok pi tgk bebudak present. Woh lecturer perak......garang siot!!!! Tanye soalan macam2. Pressure bebudak praktikel oh. Kalah lecturer shah alam. Ade la 2-3 orang yang kena redo system. Pe ni, consider la sikit..hehehe :p Petang pegi ipoh lagi teman Kay dan Bob hantar motor kt KTM. Malam tgk wolverine lagi, tp dgn miss Kliza dan Lan. Penat oh..dalam wayang time jumpa gambit boleh tertido pulak...ngeh..Jumpa fieda!!

Jumaat x byk aktiviti. Tgh hari pergi solat Jumaat pastu qada tido sampai petang pastu main bola. Malam lepak downtown..usha cewek2 uitm heee...:p Sabtu gue gerak balik kl pagi sebab petang tu kena keje kat AIM16.

From that homecoming i can say that there's not much change in uitm. Bangunan, landskap semua sama. Lecturer ade la berubah sket. Miss Aizura and pn ana salwa dah pindah. Students pun ade gak perubahan. Esah part 4 is now 1 of the MPP people, couple dgn fatin. Azfar dan Ecah.
Ade la lagi..hahaha.

AIM16. Kemuncak segala-galanya. Haha this time around i've been incharge to be a photographer for gua.com.my! I've been assigned for it with 3 other pro photographer. And my job is not just to be a photographer, but also a runner to get each everyone of the other 3 photographers' card during every commercial break. Tired, but fun. I really enjoyed it. And what makes me feel happier is that some of my photo were actually get chosen to be published on gua.com.my website. hee. walaupun pakai kit lense je..hehe :p Hope will be able to add equipments for my camera real soon, and hope they will call me to be a photography for other event too!

Photography is fun but my priority is still on my computer science skills. Still working on my ads System. It's getting tougher and tougher though. Kali ni kitorang kena main dengan oracle database, to compare the existing ads that available in new media's database with the one that belongs to the database that is always been updated with new and new ads. The reason is to recognise that new ads so people from new media know which are new ads and which are not. So..yang mempayahkan kitorang ialah nak cari camne nak buat process2 trigger and scheduler and procedure kat database tu. So far dah try kat google but still blum dapat. Nevermind, will try working on it tomorrow. Haih.

Tak berapa sihat. Sakit tekak, demam sket, batuk2 and selsema sket. Tapi main bola gak tadi. heee :p

Exhausting Week

Hah! I can say that this week is the most exhausting week after 1 whole week of futsal every evening. Penat seyh siang pening2 dgn programming petang futsal. Plus last week my mom went to Bandung and dad went to Singapore so I've been added an extra workload fetching them. Tapi best dapat banyak baju dan seluar dan kasut! xD

Today, 24 April 2009 is the last day of practical of most CS110 UiTM student. But some student (including me) have decided to stay. Extend the service. Ye la, fikir balik 2 bulan cuti tak buat ape2. Baik diisikan dengan aktiviti yang berguna. Lagipun gue ni belum ade awek untuk menemani gue cuti-cuti ni. haa :p

Tomorrow going to SMK Wangsa Melawati. Seating for MUET exam! Wahh takut2. Haha. Writing, Listening and Reading Test. The Speaking test will be on 12 May. Wish me luck!

Filling Up the Free

On Tuesday, 14/04/09 Me and Ameen was having discussion about our Ads project when our boss En.Rezwan came to us. He asked us about the project's progress, then he kinda asked me to stay here for 2 months before continuing my studies. Wow, that's what I've been dreaming for the past couple of month and hell yeah why not? Haa..legal contracted staff.

Hmm..

The Long awaited lecturer from UiTM Shah Alam finally came to our office yesterday. Prof Madya Rashidah Mohd Rawi. Me and the rest of the staffs was happily having breakfast when I received a call from her around 9.50am telling me that she has arrived and is at the lobby. Urgh, kena pause my breakfast, nasib baik beli sandwich je. Then me and Zahir brought her to the office and meet all the staffs and the heads. Then she went into the head room with our supervisors En.Shahrul and En.Anual to discuss about our internship progress and how are us doing so far..ha..ha..

About an hour of talking then our supervisors came out from the room and its our turn to have a talk with the lecturer. Me, Zahir, Bella and Intan went in. She told us that overall our progress so far is very good, we are good workers, good capability but there's 1 thing that we need to brush ourselves: character. She said our supervisors told her that we was not really being friendly to other staffs, not being really confident about doing things or making up decision and so on. That we must brush up. Aisey.

After done talking about the intership progress, she asked us "what are you guys going to do after the this training?" We told her that we're going to stay working in here for two months, before futhering our study to degree. She said that's very good. Gaining work experience is very important and gives you more opportunity to be hired in the future. She also said that student that already have a working experience will experience the 'perubahan' in the way they think and study in the future. This kind of student will be better than student that has no working experience. "These kind of student, they know how to manage themselves, know how to face and handle situation, capable to do works/assignments efficiently, and more! That is because they know how the working life is, how the system of work is, and they have experience how to get the job/task done. So go for it!" So yeah, we're going for it! in fact, I will be able to learn more about the c# language and use it here. I'm starting to like this language yaw ;D

So that's the story. I'm going to fill my cuti sem with gaining more from this company. Best oh keje sini. Broadcasting company la kan. Ade artis plak tu haha :p but I feel pity for our friend Intan coz she's not going to extend her service here due to transportation problem. Haih. So just 3 of us.

Yesterday went to Aquaria..for free. Hee. Under TV3. Best2 tgk ikan and all hidupan lauts there. And went to the aquazone for the fish therapy. My legs was being nibbled by those 'doctor fish'. Haa geli-geli. Then got makan free. Sedap2. :D

Tomorrow my mom and few aunties going to Bandung. Have to wake up early to hantar them. Tomorrow also got SJI Family Day. Meet my old fellow there.
Tomorrow also Arsenal v Chelsea FA Cup Semi Final. Cheers for the Gooners!

Kaki Rantau di Pulau Tinggi

Aha. Ambil cuti pada 3 dan 6hb pastu extend lagi 2 hari sebab demam. Terus dapat 6 hari cuti! hahaha best2. Anyway, nak cerita pasal kitorang pergi bercuti di Pulau Tinggi, Johor last week. Aku, Azril, Zahir, Ajip, Elisa, Sham, Diyana, Aida, Syima, Rose, Rozie, Shahrul, Chaped, Boboy dan Fiza. 15 orang kesemuanya. Kena berkumpul di tol sg besi 5pagi 3hb tu so hari sebelum tu aku, zahir dan ajip tido la umah azril. Esok pagi tu kitorang paling lambat! Ingatkan janji melayu so siap la lambat2. Tak tau pulak yang diorang punctual bab2 benda ni hahaha. Dalam 5.30 baru sampai tol. So bermula la perjalanan. Mula2 konvoi sama2. Pastu diorang nih bawak laju pulak, ade la dlm 160-170km/j. Tak terkejar aku yang bawak dalam 140-150km/j je. Ye la, tengok la diorang bawak kereta ape. So kitorang paling belakang. Layan je la lagipun dah plan nak stop kat ayer keroh untuk subuh dan breakfast.

Lepas breakfast sambung memecut. Macam biasa lah kena tinggal lagi haha. keluar highway ayer hitam, harungi jalan dalam menuju ke Kluang sambil memecut lagi. on da way ke Kluang kereta kitorang boleh sesat pulak. Dah nak ke Mersing group2 lain tu call cakap jangan pergi situ dulu, diorang ada kat Pasar Awam Kluang nak beli barang. Punyalah cari jalan camne nak ke pasar tu. Siap berhenti tanya orang lagi. Nasib baik jumpa. Rupanya diorang nak beli barang-barang makanan untuk berbeque nanti. Borong habis. Ayam, ikan, sotong, kambing, macam-macam lah.

Sambung balik pecutan. Dari Kluang seterusnya ke Mersing. Ada la dalam 91km perjalanan. Ikut jalan dalam yang 1 lane dan jalan hutan yang sunyi sepi tiada orang mahupun kereta, kalau ada pun 1-2 itu pun 10minit drive baru jumpa. Macam biasa lagi, kena tinggal. Memang survivor la kitorang 4 orang dalam kereta tu. Dalam sejam lebih drive jalan hutan tu baru la jumpa balik jalan yang tak sunyi. Seterusnya terus ke Tanjung Leman. Sampai tanjung leman naik ferry dan dalam 1 stengah jam sampai la ke Pulau Tinggi. Set up tempat camping dan pasang khemah. Petang tu semua terjun laut, mandi! Elisa, Shahrul ambik peluang ni bukak kelas belajar snokerling, untuk orang-orang yang first time macam aku ni biasakan diri untuk snokerling nanti. Best best. Malam tu start lah berberque. Kalau tengok dari segi stock makanan yang kitorang bawak, memang tak nampak macam camping. Mewah giler! Ikan, sotong, udang punyalah berlambak! Sampai tak habis makan lah malam tu walaupun dah panggil beberapa orang kampung datang join. Kenyang..terus zzzz..

Keesokannya pagi2 free & easy time. Aku dan Ajib pegi la jalan2 cari khazanah2 tepi laut. Jumpa la ketam, anak penyu, coral-coral, ikan-ikan, ape benda yang warna biru tu ntah. Tapi yang geli kitorang jumpa ialah timun laut. Hitamnya, panjangnya. pergh! Banyak pulak tu. haahaha. Pastu Zahir, Syam, Azril Join. Amik gambar sket kt situ. Petang lepas lunch naik boat. Pergi melawat kampung kat situ. Dapat minum air kelapa. Sedap2..lain la rasa dia dari air kelapa kat JB hari tu. Lepas sesi lawatan naik bot lagi round 1 pulau. Mula2 plan nak masuk gua tapi orang bot tu cakap gua xboleh masuk, air dah naik so jalan2 je la. Kemudian aktiviti yang dinanti, snokerling! Masing-masing terjun! Wah seronok betul bila dapat tengok hidupan2 laut. Cantik giler! Tapi takut gak la sebab kat situ banyak landak laut. Tajam. Orang bot tu cakap landak laut tu tajam sampai boleh tembus kaki walaupun pakai fin. So kena hati-hati. Habis snokerling balik ke khemah, sambung mandi! Malam berbeque ayam dan kambing pulak. Banyak giler jugak! Tak habis, siap sedekah lagi kat orang kampung. Malam tu takde aktiviti sangat. Main terup dan borak2. Kemudiannya zzzzz...

Hari ke-3. Bangun pagi. Khemah agak basah. Kaki aku pun basah. Hujan rupanya malam tadi. Khemah biar terbukak so air masuk la sikit. Lepas breakfast naik bot lagi. pergi snorkeling tp area lain. Wah sini lagi banyak ikan ada. Tapi sini banyak orang komplen kena gigit ngan ikan kecik2 tu. Kutu air kot. Badan gatal2. Habis snokerling balik khemah. Pack2 barang, dismantle khemah dan barang2. Lepas lunch ferry sampai. Selepas 1 stengah jam lagi sampai la ke Tanjung Leman. Dalam pukul 5 camtu. Tak dapat tengok f1. tension beb. hahaha tapi takpe la, bkn selalu. Pecutan bermula lagi, tapi kali ni agak bersama la, sebab hujan so takde lah kena tinggal. pukul 7 sampai Kluang. Berhenti jap pergi makan. Pukul 8 sambung. Pecutan. Stop kat Ayer Keroh. Kumpul ramai-ramai sebab ni kira last stop la untuk konvoi. Lepas ni masing-masing ke haluan sendiri. So buatlah acara ala-ala closing ceremony. Masing-masing bagi short speech dan kemudian kitorang bergambar. Abis ceremony masing-masing gerak pulang.

Best lah camping kali ni. Makan memang mewah, takde rasa kebulur pun time camping ni. Pastu belajar snokerling lagi. Rasa makin confident berenang tempat dalam. Apa-apa pun nak ucap thanks kat Elisa dan Azril Ajib coz sponsor Aku dan Zahir sikit dari segi kos, makan, minyak, tempat tidur. Kitorang tengah sengkek time tu..hahahaha...lain kali kalau ada plan lagi ajak la ye.

It's April 1 today! what does this date mean to you? April fool? aha. but there's 1 thing you should know about 1 April. It's someone's birthday. Guess who? It's our dearly national radio announcer Hunny Madu who turns 25! Happy Birthday Hani!! xD

Pejam celik-pejam celik tinggal 4 minggu je lagi praktikel. Kejap gile rasa. Rasa macam baru sebulan kerja kt sana. I've learn soooooooooooooooooooo damm much for the past 3 months. Dari programming ke graphic design ke streaming, banyak lah. Yang bestnyer kitorang bukan duk depan komputer je, petang2 kitorang bersukan. Ping pong la, futsal, counter strike (err..). hahaha. from what i can say about practical in Media Prima is, you will learn many things that can make you valueable to other company. In terms of allowance maybe you'll not get much, but in terms of knowledge, experience, working surroundings and very friendly staffs plus dapat jalan2 pergi event siap company sponsor makan + transport + tempat tido, i think it is really worth it! Haa i'm gonna miss this..

BUT hey, belum abis praktikel lagi. still ade keje kena buat. at the moment still working on the Advertisements Summary System, a system that will list down the advertisements (ads) yang akan ditayangkan di tv mengikut rancangan dan tarikh di setiap channel. And recently this week dapat lagi 1 project, which is streaming! Set up video streaming untuk 3 radio station kat media prima. Nanti tak lama lagi korang semua boleh la dengar dan tonton show announcer kegemaran korang time shift diorang live secara streaming di website radio station diorang. yeh! Pc-pc untuk streaming dah set up dan webcam dah dibeli. 2 pc dah siap pasang kat conti fly n one fm. hot je belum. best masuk conti............time tu steeve flyfm punya shift. Dia nak bagi tiket konsert david archuleta. lepas dia announce suruh jadi pemanggil ke-7 untuk menang tiket tu, terus byk call masuk. So dia kena jawab 6 call untuk bgtau diorang x berjaya. Yang caller ke-7 baru menang. Wahh best2. Ahh back to the streaming thingy. So far tgh buat testing. flyfm punya streaming tgh berjalan lancar. Onefm ade problem sket, video ade tp sound plak xkuar. Have to figure it out tmr. haih. Hot fm punya tgh on hold dulu sbb belum decide nk letak pc tu kt mana lg.

Afdlin Shauki

Yesterday was the day that Afdlin Shauki came to our office. He was invited to be the judge for our Management Information Services (MIS) Blogging Contest, the open blog contest that was ongoing from September last year till February. Afdlin is one of Malaysian artist that also active in blogging. I just read his blog this morning and the story is very..interesting. Mostly about film industrial in our country.

Anyway, back to the blogging contest. 70 Media Prima staff participated and 12 has been shortlisted. Afdlin checked the blog of the 12 participants one-by-one and about an hour later, the judging, analyzing and the selection was done. We finally got the winner! But, who is it? Shhh...the winner will only be announced during the launch of Media Prima's new Intranet, peopleconnect 2 on 13 March. Hoho for your information, the winner will take home a Macbook worth RM5K. What a deal! hahaha.

During the judging process, Adflin mentioned that the blogging contest was a good idea, because it's like you shares your experience, life, anything around you with people. Our boss, En.Muzamir later told Afdlin that most of the participants were a beginner blogger and Afdlin said this is great! Haha bakat terpendam revealed! :P Afdlin said some of them are really good bloggers, some of them uh, still need to brush up their skills and learn how to make their story more interesting. Blog is like a story-telling. You are communicating with people who read your blog. So how you present your story is like how you perform for your public speaking. You must also update your blog on regular basis. Don't just add 1 post then senyap setahun. Haa...hahaha. Share your opinion, suggestion and idea on something. Hahaha after hearing that i realized that my blog entry yang lepas2 tu pun salah konsep jugak.

Dah cakap pasal blog kemudiannya tukar cakap pasal current project. He is working on this one comedy movie, about an instutuition of hantu. Student there will be taught about how to become a monster, perogol, penyamun dan banyak lagi. The graduated hantu will then be sent to various village, and have the task to scare as many villagers as can. This one graduated hantu were sent to this village named "Kampung Sri Puaka", where the villagers are already familiar with ghosts and hence are not afraid of any kind of ghost. Hmm..imagine what's the reaction of the graduated ghost will be.........sounds cool right? hahaha. Afdlin then had to leave for another appointment with TV9. All MIS staff would like to thank Afdlin for his time with us ;)

This morning, I took my time reading his blog. I read his entry about his current project "Kapoww" and another blog entry "Wajib Tayang". I am really interested in the "Wajib Tayang" article where he gaves his opinion about the "Wajib Tayang" scheme introduced by Finas that protects local films have its place for screening in cinemas in Malaysia. He criticised that with this scheme, his new film "LOS dan FAUN" that was only allowed for screening for just 3 weeks to give way for the other wajib tayang films to come in, while US film "Twillight" which started one week earlier was given more time. These shows that the scheme itself has a problem. He actually likes the scheme. In fact, without the scheme our local films industry will never survived. But for him, the scheme must be improvised! Hot FM Big Jam 2009

Di mana adanya event yang memerlukan khidmat live streaming, di situ adanya kami. Haaa! Seterusnya kitorang ke Johor Bahru bersempena HotFM Big Jam 2009 yang berlangsung pada 1 Mac 2009 di tempat letak kereta Festive Street Mall, Danga Bay.

Bertolak ke JB sehari sebelum event tu, iaitu pada hari Sabtu 28 Februari (birthday liana) haa. Our ‘boss’ Mr.Elisa dah gerak awal dan dah ada kat sana dah pun. Kitorang berkumpul di Sri Pentas jam 9pagi. Yang bestnya kitorang naik bas skali dengan artis plak. Terus kena ‘chop’ sebagai band ‘The Streaming’ hahaha. Perjalanan mengambil masa 6 jam termasuk berhenti makan dan sebagainya. Kitorang memang banyak tidur je la kat dalam bas tu, rehat cukup – cukup coz lepas ni kena kerja sehari suntuk untuk 2 hari.

Tiba di Danga Bay jam 3ptg. Sampai – sampai bukannya pergi hotel check in dulu tapi terus buat kerja. Masuk ke kanopi kitorang dan terus bukak video toaster, pasang laptop, set up and test streaming. Artis pulak ada sound check so sambil-sambil diorang perform kat atas stage tu kitorang test la streaming. Ada problem plak la time nak set up streaming tu. Internet yang kitorang langgan dari Maxis tak boleh buat connection plak 1 hari tu. Nasib baik ada backup Internet dari IPSAT. But still memang kena pakai 2 connection, 1 untuk streaming dan 1 lagi untuk upload content kat web. Cable dari OB plak tak boleh nak keluarkan output ke video toaster. Audio pulak tak keluar. Macam-macam lah dugaan time tu. Haaaa. Sehari suntuk tu try solve problem-problem tu. Berkat kesabaran dan ketekunan kitorang akhirnya dapat jugak la selesaikan masalah-masalah berkaitan. Cuma yang tang Maxis tu je still belum ok lagi coz memerlukan orang dari Maxis tu sendiri untuk datang check and betulkan apa-apa yang patut kat situ.

Habis sound check kitorang pun pack barang dan chow. Sebelum gerak pergi hotel singgah la festive street mall tu. Boleh tahan la, ala-ala batu feringghi tapi kureng sket sebab barang-barang dia mahal. Air kelapa dia pun rasa semacam je. Tanye member dia cakap tu air kelapa selat tebrau, sebab tu lain. Boleh plak macam tu. Habis jalan-jalan kitorang pun gerak ke hotel kitorang, The Grand Paragon Hotel. On the way ke hotel kitorang round JB dulu. Dapatlah tengok Singapore dari JB tapi gelapkan bukannya nampak sangat dan Singapore yang mengadap JB bukannya ada apa pun. Sampai hotel aku dan Zahir terpegun jap tengok bilik yang kitorang dapat. Besar gak la siap katil sorang satu lagi. Haaaaa. Penat punya pasal balik tu lepas mandi terus tidur.

Keesokannya awal pagi dah bangun. Pergi breakfast dan lepas tu terus gerak ke Danga Bay. Maxis punya problem tu still belum settle lagi coz orang dia belum sampai. Lepas dah set up balik streaming kerja kitorang ialah kena tunggu je la sampai pukul 4 sebab konsert start petang. So kitorang banyak la masa lapang dan waktu itu aku gunakan untuk berjalan-jalan ambil gambar. Nasib baik ada tag ‘crew’ so boleh access ke mana-mana, tiada gangguan daripada security. Petang tu konsert start. Yang Maxis punya hal tu tak dapat settle sepenuhnya so terpaksa lah share Internet connection dari IPSAT tu. Kitorang buat kerja secara rotate so boleh la gilir-gilir pegi tengok konsert kat depan. Petang tu hujan lebat plak tapi orang-orang JB yang datang tengok tak berganjak pun tetap stay kat situ sampai lah ke malam. Time malam aku banyak lari pegi amek gambar kat depan sebab malam banyak artis-artis best perform. Habis Meet Uncle Hussain perform maka berakhirlah HotFM Big Jam 2009. Kitorang pack semua barang-barang streaming, hantar ke lori dan kemudiannya chow balik ke Hotel. Penat kaw-kaw sampai after party pun tak pergi.

Esok tu macam biasa bangun pagi, pergi breakfast dan get ready untuk pulang ke KL. Bertolak jam 11pagi dan tiba di Sri Pentas jam 4petang. Secara keseluruhannya HotFM Big Jam 2009 memang seronok. Dapat pergi JB, jumpa dan berkenalan dengan ramai artis, makan free, hotel free, jalan-jalan free, streaming berjalan lancar. Best lah. Artis pun sempoi macam Lotter dan Aizat siap lepak dengan kitorang lagi, dalam bas buat lawak la. Overall memang best.

One FM Live Concert 2009

The next task: set up live streaming for One FM Live Concert.

Date: 14 Feb 2009 8.00pm – 10.30pm
Venue: Main Road, Sg Wang Plaza

The work started 2 weeks before the actual event date, which was on February 4th 2009 when some of the crew went to the Sg Wang for a recce. The reason for that reece is to know what exactly we need to do and the equipments we needed during the event. Our job on that event is to set up the live streaming video on the web.

1 day before the event the New Media team sent the video toaster and the streaming box to the team that is in charged for the equipment transportation. On Saturday we arrived at the event venue at 8.00am. The truck that brought our equipments arrived about an hour later. Once we get the equipments we brought it to our canopy and later performed the set up of the live streaming.

Our work on that day was not too hard and too busy to do compared to our previous event which was the Anugerah Juara Lagu ke-23 (AJL-23) because the streaming was working smoothly without any single problem and there is no commercial break during the event so we does not have to frequently switch the video during the commercial break like the one we did during the AJL-23. The live concert was held smoothly.

After the concert ends we straight away packed our things, cleaned up the canopy, rolled up the cables that we have used and sent the video toaster and streaming box to the truck. The equipments were headed back to Sri Pentas. The work ends around 12am on that day.

Overall the work progress was done superbly and thanks to Mr. Elisa and few New Media crew the set up of the live streaming for the One FM Live Concert has been done appropriately without any flaw and the streaming has been working smoothly.

Anugerah Juara Lagu ke-23

On January, me and few other people from Media Prima has been given task to set up and run the Live Online Video Streaming for Anugerah Juara Lagu ke-23 (AJL-23) which will be held at Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil on 18 January 2009. The team was consist of me, Zahir, our mentor Mr. Elisa and few other member from New Media.

The crew begin their first task for the AJL-23 on 16 January 2009 with setting up the New Media room at the Stadium. These include setting up the Internet connection, get the cable from the control room, and drag the cable from the New Media room to the Red Carpet Area and others. Then the team run the test of switching and streaming the video live during the AJL-23 Dry Run Rehearsal, which was held on that night.

Same task was been done the next day, which was running the streaming for testing during the dry run and rehearsal. But in addition on that day was that there were more team member from New Media that 'turun padang' and with only two weeks i've been working with Media Prima this is the chance for me to get to know with them. I was also get the chance to watch how the rehearsal was held and watch some team from New Media doing the interviews with the AJL-23 finalists. The videos of the interview are then edited were uploaded on the web. The job was done smoothly and proffessionally by each one of them.

On Sunday, the system check is been done by the team members to make sure that the systems will run smoothly and to make sure there will be no problem occurred during the event. On that night, the team start their live video streaming by displaying the live video from Red Carpet in front of Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil entrance where artists and VIP will walk their way into the stadium through the red carpet. Later when the event started, the team control the live streaming and make sure that the video is switched every time during the commercial break from AJL-23 show to other video such as AJL-23 promo video to avoid user from other country to be able to watch the commercial video. According to Elisa, the commercial videos are not supposed to be showed to user from other country because the company of the commercial brand pays to broadcast their product/company to Malaysia only. The work was done approppriately throughout the event. The team then dismantled and packed the stuffs they have used and went home. haaa

Overall the work progress was done appropriately even though there were some problem occurred during the event. Both video toaster computer and dell laptop were having errors in their system during both the red carpet and the early start of the AJL-23 show that forced both the computers to be restarted automatically. These caused the live online streaming system unable to run smoothly at some time during the event. The team members have been doing anything they can to find the cause of the problem and fortunately they managed to solve it. As this was my first time experiencing this such of big event, i was so happy to be part of the team. A lot of thing I have learned from this event such as how to set up the video streaming, overcoming problems bla bla bla. haaaa :D
